Our Claims department works as an intermediary party between
the insured, the claimant and the insurance carriers. This
means that we follow up on all claims, generate reports
and provide loss control services to our clients. It is
our belief that communication is the key to any relationship
and keeping open communication between all parties involved
helps keep claims from litigation and all parties understand
the same details. All too often a misunderstanding is what
can cause excessive claims costs.
Each client’s account will be reviewed monthly and
a Loss Run Report will be sent to keep you informed of claims
status so that you are aware of how your claims are being
handled step by step. We will also provide reports for claims
analysis, loss control, cost containment, recordable/un-recordable
(OSHA Standards/Compliance),
claims frequency & hot shot claims (claims totaling
payments over $2,500.00) or any specific requests you may
need.
These reports help us monitor your claims and if needed,
identify areas where safety needs to be addressed which
in turn will assist in providing lower premiums at renewal.
